How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment for any of our services, please fill out the form under the Contact section. We will get back to you as soon as we can once the form is received. How long are the therapy sessions?
Our therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
How often should I attend sessions?
The frequency of therapy sessions is typically discussed with your therapist. It depends on you and your provider’s availability, and most importantly, the severity of your current symptoms. Typically, therapy sessions are scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When your symptoms improve, clients may choose to attend therapy on a monthly basis upon discussion with their provider.
How can I reschedule or cancel my session?
We understand that life happens unpredictably such as getting sick. Please be sure to reschedule your therapy, testing, pharmacotherapy, and neurofeedback sessions 48 hours ahead. If you no-show to your appointments, you will have to pay 100,000 won. For late cancellations (cancelled less than 48 hours of appointment time), 50,000 won will be charged.
What languages are available for therapy sessions?
For therapy, we provide services both in English and Korean. Our primary clientele is English-speaking international students, expats, or other internationals residing in Korea.
Is insurance accepted for the services provided?
We take international insurances, such as United Healthcare and Aetna. We provide direct billing services, which means that we directly work with your insurance company regarding your services. If you have any additional questions or would like to check your insurance coverage, please email or call us.
Do you offer online therapy services?
Yes, we offer virtual telehealth sessions for therapy. To keep all sessions as confidential as possible, we use a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)-compliant platform called Doxy.me. Once you schedule your appointment with us, we will send you a link to log in for your session.
